Glynn was admitted to practice in 1993 after completing his law degree at the University of Tasmania in Hobart after schooling in Ulverstone and Don College. Glynn began his career as a summer clerk with the then firm of Crisp Hudson and Mann before establishing Walsh Day Williams in his home town of Ulverstone in 1998.
Glynn is a lifelong NW Coast resident and also a multi-generation family farmer with many years of service as a member and President of Poppy Growers Tasmania. Glynn has a long record of involvement in public life and is a Life Member of NW Hospice Care, and was a member of the Cradle Coast Authority Board 2008-2016, elected as Chairman in his final term.
